Having a Personal Trainer is a great addition to achieving your goals. We can reach your targets within a shorter time frame and set up a training plan to keep you at your peak fitness level. I believe that all your training should be enjoyable otherwise there is no motivation to exercise. Therefore the sessions will not just be beneficial but also great fun to partake in.
I have been working in the Fitness Industry for many years now; I started by completing a BTEC in Sport & Exercise Science then I advanced onto the Higher National Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science. Following this I trained to be a Personal Trainer whilst picking up lots of tricks of the trade from courses in Boxercise, ASA Swimming Instructor, Optimum Performance Training, Triathlon Training and many more. Currently, I am also training to be a Level 3 Swimming Coach which should be completed at the end of the year.
I will make it my goal to get you to reach your future targets, keep sessions fun and set a routine to stay at your peak.
Favourite Exercises: Squat to Press on BOSU Board, Spiderman Press Ups & for a real challenge Squats standing on a Fit Ball.
Interests/Hobbies: In my spare time you will normally find me coaching swimming, running outside somewhere or playing in the gym. I am very into developing my knowledge of the fitness industry, so when I can, I usually attend additional courses to increase my knowledge of how to train you better and get more out of our sessions.
