I have been working in the Fitness Industry for 5 years. Prior to starting at Wells Leisure Centre I was working in an independent gym as a Fitness Instructor. Whilst working at Wells Leisure Centre, I have gained new qualifications in Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Fitball and Z-training. Out of the centre, I enjoy weight training on my 4-day split routine, hourse riding and attending my ladies clay shooting club.

Training Preferences:

I enjoy functional weight training as it works all the muscles in the body more effectively. My ideal workout would include HIIT training as I can work a variety of major muscle groups to a high intensity, but I also like to finish my workouts with some core strength.

I enjoy new challenges and different training systems and I love that it makes me stronger. When I am not in the gym, I am on a farm with my recued animals, including Donkeys and Sheep!

I want to learn to help and rehabilitate injured people back to mobility and good health. I want everyone to love fitness as much as I do - happy people love exercise!
