Marketing Coordinator (HQ)

In this full time role you will be responsible for co-ordinating the marketing and PR activities for Avalon Leisure, based at our head offices in High Street, Street, Somerset.

 You will work as a key member of our dynamic, target driven team where the provision of customer service excellence is the highest priority. Responsibilities will include the development of our membership and customer relationship management (CRM) processes, maintaining and developing the company website and the creation and implementation of strategic marketing plans.

 Applicants must be competent in the management of social media, email marketing, mobile messaging and e-commerce. You should be profi cient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and have a strong understanding of customer focused marketing. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as is a proactive approach and the ability to use your own initiative.

The role is full time - 37 hours a week - although there is potential for a fl exible working arrangement. You will be expected to visit local centres on occasion, for which a travel allowance will be paid.
