After 10 Years as a competitive swimmer, 5 years gym instructing experience and 3 years as a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I feel I am able to pass on my wealth of knowledge and experience to help you.

All sessions are designed specifically to your wants and needs; maximising your time within the gym, giving you results far faster than training on your own, in a much more dynamic and enjoyable way.

I am a firm believer that exercise should be enjoyable and not a chore, and believe too many people come to the gym thinking it’s boring and repetitive.

I am as imaginative as possible with every session, creating programmes which are inspiring, varied, effective and designed to achieve maximum results.

Favourite Exercises: BOSU Press ups – Stability Squats – Sparing.

Interests/Hobbies: In my spare time you will normally find swimming, or indulging my fondness of photography - fotunately, we live in a beautiful part of the world. I also enjoy motorsport.
