I first became a member of the Avalon Leisure Lifestyle Team in October 2007, initially as a level 2 gym instructor. In May 2007 I qualified as an Advanced Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Since then I have continued to learn and develop, striving to be at the forefront of the sports and leisure industry, maximising your workouts to achieve your goals as quickly as possible, but more importantly help you to enjoy yourself along the way.

Having competed at county and national level in a number of sports, I feel I can draw upon my experience, wealth of knowledge, high levels of motivation and commitment and pass them all onto you!

Training Preferences:

I am a firm believer that exercise should be enjoyable and not a chore, and believe too many people come to the gym thinking it’s boring and repetitive.

I am as imaginative as possible with every session, creating programmes which are inspiring, varied, effective and designed to achieve maximum results. All your workouts will be tailored specifically to your goals, maximising your time in the gym, allowing you to reach your full potential!

Being able to train myself, this a great time to think of new exercises and try them out first hand! Seeing clients succeed and reach their goals!


Being told that different people should exercise in the same way. Every person is different with different goals, in which case their programmes and the way they workout should be as well!
