To help shift those extra pounds put on over the festive season the Avalon Team set the challenge of burning calories throughout January.

The calories were to be burnt using the CV machines at the centre leaving you with the option of sticking with your normal CV machines or adding new ones in for the purpose of the challenge.

The calorie totals to choose from were 2011 calories (bronze), 4022 calories (silver) and 6033 calories (gold). And the winners and prizes are...
