Wells Leisure Centre's very own Toby the Tiger will be prowling the streets of Wells tonight as 'Spend a Night on the Town' returns.

'Spend a Night on the Town', which launched in 2009, will see late-night shopping, live music and entertainment along Wells High Street.

There will be a late night farmers' market and cookery demonstrations outside restaurants.

Organisers are hoping the event will attract around 10,000 shoppers to support local trade in Wells.

Toby the Tiger will be joined by Membership Administator Gemma Brown, who will be handing out leaflets and providing information on the centre.
