Good Mornings – The BEST lower back exercise bar none.
Reverse Grip Tricep Pulldown – Toning or Strength perfect to beat those bingo wings!
Interval Training – Losing weight, increasing stamina or increasing speed, either way Interval Training is a killer!
Interests/Hobbies:
Sport and exercise has been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember, having played football, rugby, basketball, golf, athletics and a tiny bit of cricket. I started gym training about 2 years ago and even now I wish I would have started before. Other interests include surfing, camping, cars and chilling out in front of the TV with a nice pint of orange juice...
