Each session is overseen by a fully qualified instructor that will have the knowledge and experience to assist you in any way possible, to answer any questions you have and to demonstrate the perfect form and procedure to get the most out of any exercise you do. Classes are intentionally kept to a small number of participants, in order to create a more intimate atmosphere where the instructor can develop relationships with class members in order to give them the greatest amount of assistance and 'one-to-one' time possible.
